Rep. Ed Markey, D-Mass., is once again trying his hand at passing a net neutrality bill.

Markey late last week introduced the Internet Freedom Preservation Act of 2009, the third such proposed bill Markey has sponsored in as many years.

Anna Eshoo, D-Calif., co-sponsored the bill.

Like its predecessors, this version of the act would ensure net neutrality principles and clarify consumers’ rights, including being able to upload large P2P files.
