TM Forum’s Business Benchmarking program has joined forces with CEVEYSYSTEMS to provide TM Forum members the opportunity to benchmark their sales organizations.
“In today’s economy, sales excellence is especially critical to business success, so we are delighted to add CEVEYSYSTEMS’ sales performance benchmarking capabilities to our benchmarking initiative,” said Martin Creaner, president and COO, TM Forum.
CEVEYSYSTEMS’ International Sales Performance Index benchmarking measures and analyzes major areas that influence the success of a sales team, such as organizational fitness, sales process, and motivational and leadership issues.
The CEVEYSYSTEMS index is a fee-based benchmarking study designed for software and hardware Suppliers as well as service providers whose sales teams have between 13 and 1,000 people. Participating companies receive a detailed management report and an expert appraisal including specific recommendations for improvement.
The sales performance benchmarking data entry period is open Sept. 1 – Oct. 30.
