OSG Billing Services today announced an agreement to manage bill presentment and distribution services for Valley TeleCom Group. Valley TeleCom Group provides telecommunications services to more than 10,000 rural and remote customers in southeastern Arizona and southwestern New Mexico.
Valley TeleCom Group had previously been outsourcing its statement presentment operations.
Kim Moore, the company’s billing/collections manager, said, “Outsourcing is more cost effective. We do not have the manpower, equipment or facilities to do in-house billing. The decision to partner with OSG Billing Services was based on their innovative solutions and the dedication to working with Valley TeleCom to achieve a completely customizable billing and marketing campaign.”
