EXFO says its Service Assurance BrixCall solution was selected for several reasons – namely, its ability to correlate calls across multiple geographic locations; provide centralized management of distributed probes; and scale to a high volume of calls and monitoring locations to meet aggressive growth projections. In addition, the ability to support triple-play services on a common and extensible platform was another deciding factor.
