IT business solutions provider and systems integrator Comarch has signed a memorandum of understanding with Greek company Erogman, with the aim of conducting common business development activities in Greece as well as commercial contracts in the Greek market.

Comarch wants a local partner in Greece that is responsible for business development activities. In the case of commercial contracts, it will also be Comarch's local representative for guaranteeing first line support for customers.

The agreement will contribute to building the awareness of Comarch BSS & OSS solutions among the biggest telecom operators and service providers in Greece and at the same time should enable Ergoman to enhance its products portfolio.

Comarch and Ergoman have already conducted certain common business development activities on the Greek telecoms market, with what the companies call “very positive results.” They say combining Ergoman's local market knowledge and Comarch's BSS/OSS solutions brings mutual benefits.
