Consona Corp. plans to unveil a cloud-based deployment option early next year for its CRM customers.
“We’re preparing the business for a full launch,” said Tom Millay, GM of Consona CRM products, “including a variety of new pricing options, as well as ramping up a series of value-added services that will support our customer deployments.”
Consona says its service-centric CRM applications are best matched with cloud-based deployments, built on what Gartner refers to as a Server/OS virtualization platform, as opposed to a multi-tenant application/data platform.
