3 Scandinavia has gone live with Polystar's Customer Experience Management (CEM) and Service Assurance solution based on Infobright's analytic database technology. 3 Scandinavia, a joint venture between Hutchison Whampoa Ltd. of Hong Kong and Investor AB of Stockholm, is leveraging the solution to more efficiently store and analyze the massive amounts of data generated by its mobile subscriber base.
3 Scandinavia operates 3G mobile networks in Sweden and Denmark, delivering voice and data services to 1.4 million customers. The provider needs to access and store up to six months of call detail records and other types of data for troubleshooting, quality assurance and business analysis purposes.
An Infobright OEM Partner, Polystar OSIX offers Customer Experience Management (CEM) and Service Assurance solutions to leading telecom operators and service providers worldwide, empowering network owners to make critical business decisions with speed and accuracy. Infobright's technology enables Polystar to support the heavy data management needs of its customers, extending the scalability and performance of its analytic solutions, according to the companies.
Infobright's analytic database enhances ISV applications and SaaS offerings with the ability to keep more data online, load data faster and provide greater flexibility in reporting and analysis, all at far less cost than alternatives, said Infobright.
