Subscriber data management company Blueslice Networks has completed the 50th deployment of its CSP 3000 platform.

CSP 3000 deployments are a varied mix of Home Subscriber Servers (HSS), Home Location Registers (ngHLR), AAA servers, SIP Application Servers (SIP-AS), as well as Subscriber Data Servers (SDS 3000), Blueslice’s cornerstone distributed database technology.

Blueslice says it’s added six new customers in the last few months, now boasting a customer list that spans across three continents and consists of operators ranging from Tier 1 Mobile operators to Cable and Fixed operators to MVNOs and MVNEs.

“Despite the recent economic downturn, the market for Subscriber Data Management has continued to expand,” said Stephan Ouaknine, Blueslice’s president and CEO. “With economic and competitive pressure on all operators, big and small, offering a personalized experience to customers is becoming the main priority; therefore, shifting the focus towards better managing subscriber data in a converged manner.”

The Blueslice Converged Subscriber Platform 3000, CSP 3000, combines the HLR, HSS, SIP-AS, AAA, MNP and ENUM technologies, allowing the convergence of subscriber profiles across 2G (GSM, GPRS, EDGE), 3G (UMTS, HSPA), 4G (WiMAX, LTE) and VoIP (Wireline, WiFi, IMS) domains.
