SysAid Technologies has moved its corporate headquarters to Airport City, Israel, one of the country’s largest business centers. The move comes in response to the company’s 43 percent employee growth in 2009.

The new facility is significantly larger than SysAid’s previous office and houses the company’s research and development team, as well as technical support, design, marketing, sales and administrative operations. The move also allows SysAid to continue expanding its workforce for the foreseeable future.

“We are very excited that our company’s rapid pace of growth has led us to relocate our headquarters,” said Israel Lifshitz, founder and CEO of SysAid. “Our new location will inspire and enable us to continue to grow and evolve as well as keep improving our product and support services. We greatly look forward to continue rolling out market-leading solutions and to providing top-notch support to our users around the globe.”

SysAid, a global provider of helpdesk software solutions and Customer Service Support (CSS) software, has a client base that’s topped more than 55,000 users, and more than 16,400 new organizations started using SysAid’s solutions in 2009 alone.

The company’s flagship products include its internal IT Helpdesk platform, SysAid IT; and its external customer Service Desk solution, SysAid CSS. SysAid IT 6.5 features the IT industry’s first-ever fully integrated Live Chat Module and an innovative IT Benchmark Module designed to measure and evaluate IT performance and compare it to other SysAid users around the world. The company also recently released two versions of its CSS solution to enable administrators to better manage an effective service desk, providing key tools to increase customer satisfaction and improve the bottom line.

Airport City is a business park centrally located in the heart of Israel, minutes away from Ben Gurion Airport and on the outskirts of Tel Aviv, the country’s financial hub.
