Codima Inc. has announced the appointment of Trevor Roberts as the company’s chief financial officer, executive management team member and to its board of directors, effective immediately.
Roberts brings more than 20 years of experience from the technology industry, ranging from early-stage companies to international public companies. As an accountant and financial adviser, he has guided companies on fundraising and strategic management issues, as well as being instrumental in numerous mergers and acquisitions. He assumes responsibility for the company’s financial and treasury operations.
Prior to joining Codima, Roberts was an accountant with Grant Thornton and a partner in accounting firm Wingrave Yeats where he held positions as finance partner and a key member of the management team. Mr. Roberts has served as chairman of the supervisory board of ECOVIS, the international network for accounting firms.
