MeetingZone Intros Self-Service Portal with MetraTech

MeetingZone, a large independent conferencing services provider, has launched a new self-service collaboration portal powered by MetraTech Corp..

Built upon MetraTech’s MetraNet product, the new portal will give instant account access to MeetingZone’s customers, enabling them to quickly set up or join an integrated conferencing and collaboration session and view real-time billing data and usage reports. Additionally, they can add users, change conference preferences, manage their conference recordings, schedule one-off conferences and manage multiple accounts and account hierarchies, all on a self-care or assisted basis.
