Subex Posts Year-Over-Year Growth

Global BSS/OSS provider Subex has released its results from the fiscal year that ended March 31, and the numbers bode well for the future. The company reports revenue of Rs. 463.1 cr ($96.9M U.S.) and net profit of Rs. 100.3 cr ($21M U.S.).

Year-over-year growth of EBITDA has been significant, the Subex says. It stood at Rs. 94.7 cr for FY10, up 43 percent from the year before. Product EBITDA was up 75 percent.

“As the figures indicate, FY10 closed on a positive note,” said Subash Menon, founder chairman, managing director and CEO of Subex. “We are profitable once again owing to the improved operational efficiency in the past year, and in the next two years we will attain the profitability we have enjoyed in the past. This year we expect good traction for our new offerings like ROC (Revenue Operations Center), as well as an upsurge in orders.”

Just last quarter, Subex brought in Rs. 114.8 cr, or $24 million U.S. Profit was up a whopping 175 percent from the previous quarter.
