Billing & OSS World, Washington D.C. — Alliance Telecom Solutions has announced a marketing partnership with Extropy Group and has started a new professional networking group.
When it comes to Extropy, both companies provide senior-level consultancy services. Alliance focuses exclusively on the telecom industry with practice areas in billing, revenue assurance and customer experience management. Extropy's expertise is in architecting, designing and deploying leading edge technologies for core IP networks, IP backhaul and data center infrastructure. The two firms will launch their marketing collaboration with a jointly hosted Webinar to explore 4G technologies and business opportunities.
Recognizing the need for a professional networking group in the Chicago area, Alliance also recently launched Chicago Telecom Professionals group. The kickoff meeting was held this month with a speaker discussing smartphones. Monthly meetings will provide opportunities for industry education, identifying business opportunities and professional networking. Membership is open to anyone associated with the telecom industry; founding members hail from Motorola, Alcatel Lucent, US Cellular, AT&T, Oracle, and XO Communications.
