Keynote Systems has announced the beta release of Keynote Transaction Perspective 10 with Firefox, which will be the largest real browser monitoring network in the world.
Keynote, which specializes in on-demand mobile and Internet test and measurement solutions for continuously improving the online experience, is making the software available in beta to select customers and qualified prospects, who can sign up for the program online at www.keynote.com/TxP10.0_Beta_Trial.
Beta participants who qualify for the program will have access to triple-verified, accurate, real-time Web monitoring data that quickly allows operations teams to detect, diagnose and resolve website issues before any negative impact on their customers. Transaction Perspective 10 is the industry's only Web monitoring solution with both an Internet Explorer and Firefox browser built in, the company says, providing users with a realistic portrayal of the end-user experience.
Other features include: Unified scripting, provisioning and reporting: a single script works on both Internet Explorer and Firefox; the largest and most accurate real Internet Explorer and Firefox Web monitoring network in the world; support for monitoring interactive Flash and Silverlight rich Internet applications; and the ability to isolate and monitor third-party publisher content.
"As Keynote did with Internet Explorer we're now doing with Firefox - we've built our monitoring solution right on top of the browser to provide unparalleled accuracy and insight into the true end-user experience," said Vik Chaudhary, vice president of product management and corporate development at Keynote. "With penetration of Firefox increasing steadily, Transaction Perspective 10 users will appreciate the nearly universal coverage that our latest version provides."
Keynote Web performance testing and measurement products monitor from the end user's perspective and shows how e-business performs at the application, transaction and infrastructure level in real time. Web performance testing and measurement products utilize our global test and measurement network, which represents the widest geographic coverage of online users in the world. Operations teams can test, measure and improve service levels in real-time from more than 3,000 measurement computers and mobile devices in more than 240 locations and 160 metropolitan areas.
