Revol Wireless subscribers can now enroll for new service directly on their handsets. The Independence, Ohio-based regional operator enlisted Telespree Communications to implement a self-activation and account management capability on its mobile phones.

Subscribers with Web-enabled devices also can manage their accounts post-activation from their phones.  They can access account management features on Web-capable devices including: real-time plan information, bill payment, account top-off using Revol Bucks, purchase of ringtones, games, entertainment and other downloadable applications.

Scott Bergs, COO of Revol Wireless, said Telespree's solutions help Revol Wireless provide customers with a new level of support and convenience. "Of course, customers can still visit a store or call customer service if they prefer, but this solution puts the customer in control of when and where they receive support," he said.

Revol Wireless subscribers access the Telespree system and simply input a ZIP Code for their desired service area, select their plan and are off and running in moments. They also can register for Automatic Bill Pay using a credit card.

Bill deKay, CEO of Telespree, said Revol is creating the most comprehensive on-device, self-service solution in the market today. He believes these tailored customer enrollment and account-management experiences will help Revol grow customer loyalty and satisfaction.

All Telespree applications are tailored to specific carrier business rules and subscriber needs. With Telespree's solutions, carriers are able to minimize customer care and distribution costs while improving the end-user experience.
