Crosstel, a network provider for long-distance and VoIP services in the Southeast, has signed an agreement to use BillSoft’s EZTax ASP hosted solution for taxation.
“BillSoft’s EZTax platform integrates easily with our customer service application," said John Feehan, general manager of Crosstel. “We supply service to smaller municipalities and other service providers that don’t have complex taxation capability. Being able to provide accurate, billable records for our customers is a strong competitive advantage for us. Being able to access BillSoft via the Web-based XML model also made sense financially for us."
