IP billing and OSS solutions provider LogiSense says PBX-Change will use EngageIP for both its retail and wholesale customers.

Tampa, Fla.-based PBX-Change is a full-service IP voice and data provider that will use EngageIP software for billing with its IP voice, DSL, T1, Web Hosting and Metro-Ethernet offerings.

“The LogiSense team truly separated themselves from the other vendors under consideration with their unmatched responsiveness and attention to detail throughout the entire RFP process, which reinforced our perception of the high-level of service we would receive as a customer," said Bill Heinz, director of wholesale services for PBX-Change. “Very important to note, is that our decision to deploy EngageIP was also in large part due to the strength of the EngageIP integration with BroadSoft, its ease-of-use and scalability. We needed to ensure that our customers enjoy a powerful solution that is both reliable as well as cost-effective."

LogiSense says EngageIP is a comprehensive hosted offering that provides the power and flexibility to accurately manage customers and effectively handle all invoicing and operational procedures.

“The PBX-Change deployment is really a testament to the strength of the EngageIP framework," said LogiSense Founder and President Flavio Gomes. “Regardless of the size or complexity of an organization, EngageIP allows providers to operate as efficiently as possible within their own defined set of business rules."

The EngageIP deployment will manage PBX-Change subscribers in billing, rating, service management, technical support and complex provisioning.
