MANAGEMENT WORLD — ACN, the world’s largest direct-selling telecommunications company, has selected CEM solutions provider MDS to support its VoIP services across 16 European nations.

The MDS Customer Management Platform will support ACN’s VoIP services throughout the European market. MDS already provides the BSS customer management platform for ACN’s fixed and VoIP customer base across the U.K., Spain, Netherlands, France and Portugal. With this latest expansion, ACN wants to capitalize on a burgeoning VoIP demand from consumers in Europe by being able to roll out services in new territories that are designed with end-users in mind.

“At MDS we are passionate about supporting service providers such as ACN to grow their subscriber and revenue base in partnership. Our Intelligent BSS solutions along with our e-enabled customer experience solutions help provide the platform to do just that," said Drew Rockwell, CEO of MDS. “We are thrilled to be working with such an innovator as ACN, who is leading the way in providing services that offer its subscribers exceptional service as well as great value."

The MDS Intelligent BSS solution is a managed services platform that not only manages the billing, CRM and order provisioning of services, but also provides e-enablement for the provision of e-care and e-billing services, which the company says are critical to enhancing the customer experience with so much demand in the marketplace. As well as Intelligent BSS and e-billing and e-care solutions, MDS also provides business process analytics solutions enabled by its analytics products.
