Transaction-management solutions provider Global Convergence Solutions (GCS) has successfully deployed its Dynamic Routing Management Solution for an unnamed North American retail carrier with over a billion dollars in revenues that employs the SONUS Network infrastructure for its voice business.
The company’s Dynamic Management Solution suite supports globally diverse networks for Tier I, Tier II & Tier III communications service providers (CSPs). GCS’ Dynamic Routing Management Solution provides real-time control over call routing and margin optimization, and can be leveraged by every carrier regardless of size or network infrastructure.
