GMT, LOEM Consultation Form Strategic Partnership

Atlanta-based GMT Corp., with offices in the U.K. and Australia, has signed a reselling agreement with LOEM Consultation, a specialist in contact center optimization solutions. Quebec-based LEOM will market and sell the GMT Planet workforce optimization solution.

GMT says the Planet software suite helps put the right people in the right place at the right time, to achieve the right business results. Using Planet can result in lower contact center operating costs, improved sales conversion rates, increased agent retention, reduced overtime expenses and improved customer satisfaction, the company said.

GMT Planet’s feature set supports all essential workforce and performance management processes, including long-range strategic planning and budgeting, accurate workload forecasting, intelligent scheduling, intra-day management and adherence reporting, reporting and agent empowerment.
