GreatCall, Info Directions Extend Billing Contract

San Diego-based GreatCall Inc. has renewed its contract with Info Directions and completed its latest upgrade to CostGuard, the company’s billing and operations solution.

GreatCall delivers wireless services focused on helping keep customers connected, safe and healthy. In addition to wireless service, GreatCall offers a number of enhanced services designed to enable customers to better manage their safety and well-being, including 5Star Urgent Response, Check-in Calls, Medication Reminders, LiveNurse service, Daily Health Tips and Wellness Calls. GreatCall’s services, apps and cell-phone handsets are sold nationwide at leading retailers.

GreatCall has been an Info Directions client since 2007. Since its initial implementation, GreatCall says it has experienced significant growth, both in subscriber numbers and in the variety of services it offers. Info Directions’ CostGuard B/OSS solution has supported the organization’s numerous product and service launches over the years, including migrating to a large, dependable wireless network and introducing a number of health-related applications and services.
