Amdocs has teamed with Cellcity and MobeeArt to deliver what the companies say are innovative mobile capabilities to Trudon, a search and digital advertising provider in South Africa.

It took just three months to deploy MobeeArt’s mobile site-creation solution and Cellcity’s mobile applications at Trudon. The joint mobile solution supports Trudon’s yellow-pages applications and sites, and enables the directory publisher to offer small and medium-sized businesses mobile website creation abilities and optimization services. The newly deployed solution supports a wide range of mobile devices and tablets, the companies said.

"Thanks to the solution introduced to us by Amdocs, we can help our customers drive additional revenues by offering them more innovative ways to advertise and engage with potential customers via any advertising media," said Thabo Seopa, managing director of Trudon. “We are also able to provide a higher-value experience for consumers who now have many more options of searching for local products and services on their mobile phones while on the go."

"Since we harness the advanced technologies of innovative companies which meet the specific needs of these service providers, Trudon knew that they could rely on us to lead this initiative," said Rebecca Prudhomme, vice president of product and solutions marketing at Amdocs. “By working together with Cellcity and MobeeArt, we have successfully enabled Trudon to enlarge its mobile media footprint."
