Revenue-intelligence solution provider cVidya Networks says its MoneyMap solution is the first revenue-assurance (RA) product to be awarded TM Forum Frameworx Conformance Certification.
MoneyMap enables CSPs to identify and manage areas of revenue leakage. cVidya says the certification affirms MoneyMap’s conformance with the Frameworx suite of standards, which has already been adopted by 90 percent of the world’s largest service providers.
cVidya says MoneyMap’s conformance with the TM Forum’s Business Process Framework (eTOM) and Information Framework (SID) standards provides the company’s customers with benefits that include reducing complex integration project risks by providing the detailed information needed to develop an integration roadmap, reducing RFx costs and enabling faster deployment.
TM Forum’s Frameworx is a comprehensive suite of standards that enable a service provider’s business to run with maximum agility, simplicity, and efficiency. Frameworx provides the blueprint for effective operations, enabling service providers to assess and improve business performance by using a proven, service-oriented approach to operations and integration.
“Service providers are increasingly using Frameworx conformance as an important distinguishing feature between available software solutions as the need for affordable, efficient and effective business processes become critical to quickly delivering innovative services," said George Greenlee, senior vice president of product management, TM Forum. “cVidya’s Conformance Certification reflects the company’s commitment to standards and interoperability, and reassures customers that are seeking standards-based, cost-effective and flexible solutions."
cVidya says MoneyMap enables operators to correlate and consolidate information from all network, operations and business systems. Through an ongoing process, it automatically detects problem areas which impact profitability as a result of revenue leakage, data inconsistencies or resources that are not being used efficiently. Once MoneyMap identifies the areas of revenue leakage and resource inefficiency, it provides the user with intuitive tools to promptly correct and manage the problems to achieve profit maximization.
