Policy management, enforcement and charging solutions provider, Volubill has appointmented Philippe Mechanick to the role of chief financial officer.
Mechanick has more than 25 years of experience in finance and high tech, including positions at Ernst & Young, Unisys, and Goal Systems International, where he was international finance director. He also has been the CFO of Sapiens International Corporation, and has held senior finance roles at UB Networks, Tandam Computers and Nat Systems.
For five years, Philippe worked in the banking sector as the CFO of the French subsidiary of Capital One. He returned to high tech in 2004, taking on CFO roles at PolySpace Technologies and France-based Nemoptic, where he also held the position of CEO. Most recently, Philippe was the CFO of a reputation software company called Augure, where he managed restructuring initiatives.
