Access One, the privately held, Chicago-based telco, has chosen Razorsight Corp.'s Profit Enhancement Center (PEC) Application Suite, which is designed to help service providers analyze significant volumes of data, automate workflow and reduce costs.

“Razorsight’s cloud based analytics platform is a unique and powerful solution unlike any I’ve seen in the marketplace," said Larry Levy, senior vice president and chief operating officer, Access One. “The flexibility and scalability of Razorsight’s solution is very appealing to a growing company like ours."

Razorsight says its PEC will provide considerable flexibility to add and subtract suppliers – an important step as Access One’s supplier ecosystem expands in step with company growth.

“Razorsight delivers a powerful platform to maximize their margins – all delivered in a private cloud," said Razorsight CEO Charlie Thomas. “Furthermore, with no software to buy or install, Access One will gain immediate value, reducing operational costs with on-demand analytics that help them make more informed business decisions."

Access One provides its customers with business communication services from high-speed data and Internet to voice and integrated communications, colocation and managed IT support.
