McGraw Communications, the New York City-based business communications provider, has renewed its contract for IDI Billing Solutions' (fka Info Directions) billing and operations solution known as CostGuard.

McGraw first chose the CostGuard solution in 2003 and will now  continue to use it  to manage rating, billing, operations, customer care and EBPP functions for its growing subscriber base.

IDI says McGraw has been able to lower its ongoing operational costs and, with the help of the IDI billing team, maximize efficiencies throughout the billing process. Through CostGuard, McGraw was able to create an end-to-end solution that responds rapidly to changing business needs, guards against technology obsolescence, and provides flexible product management capabilities, the companies said.

“IDI has provided us with a comprehensive solution that really focused on our needs as an organization, improving our productivity and providing the flexibility we needed to support our rapid growth," said Frank Ahearn, CEO of McGraw. “The ability to leverage CostGuard’s flexibility for new marketing efforts and scale effectively provides the foundation for our success today and in the future."

“McGraw Communications’ use of CostGuard to help streamline operations and enhance customer service is another example of the company’s desire to continuously add value as a service provider," said Donald Culeton, president and CEO of IDI.  “McGraw offers business-class customers a simplified experience so they can focus on what they do best. We are pleased to continue supporting McGraw’s efforts."
