Redknee Solutions has signed a multiyear, multimillion-dollar contract with its Communications, a triple-play service provider in Japan. Redknee will replace its' legacy billing solution.
iTSCOM offers cable TV, broadband and digital telephony services. The multi-play provider is based in Tokyo and is a subsidiary of Tokyu Corp. This is Redknee's first deal in Japan.

Redknee says its converged billing solution will provide iTSCOM with the agility to launch new services faster to the market and increase profitability and revenues across its triple-play service offerings. In addition, Redknee’s multi-tenant solution will support the service provider’s strategy to offer billing and customer care services to other communication service providers in the market. Redknee’s converged billing solution delivers to multi-play providers a single solution that supports data, voice, content and media services for prepaid, postpaid and hybrid customers.
