IT services and communications provider EarthLink has launched a new suite of business voice, data and Internet solutions known as EarthLink Complete. Complete integrates hosted VoIP applications and private MPLS networks with equipment, mobile and security offerings in an effort to provide businesses with a fully customizable communications portfolio leveraging EarthLink’s expansive network and secure IP infrastructure.
EarthLink says the new offering provides the flexibility to use a blend of access technologies for connectivity, including DSL, T1 and Ethernet, all of which provide Quality of Service (QoS). Calling it a key differentiator, EarthLink says it can customize a private multi-location network and prioritize network traffic using multiple access technologies to meet the customer’s specific requirements and guarantee critical network performance.
EarthLink Complete offers customers many benefits including the convenience of bundling all services and locations on a single bill from a single provider. EarthLink Business account teams will work with customers to design and implement voice and data solutions to address critical business and infrastructure needs including business continuity and security.
The product suite includes EarthLink Complete Data, EarthLink Complete Voice, EarthLink Complete Security, EarthLink Complete Equipment, and EarthLink Business Mobile.
