TEOCO, a provider of assurance and analytics solutions to communications service providers, on Thursday announced an agreement to acquire Schema, a provider of multi-vendor RAN optimization and analysis solutions for wireless operators.
TEOCO said the agreement would expand its global customer base and provide the company RAN optimization and RF engineering capabilities.
"TEOCO has a history of successfully cultivating businesses they acquire," Schema CEO Menahem Tirosh said in a statement. "Our employees, clients and technology are in good hands."
Fairfax, Va.-based TEOCO anticipates closing the acquisition in late February after satisfying customary closing conditions.
