Convergys Corp. and Cincinnati Bell have extended their billing and customer care support contract through 2014.
Convergys also will support an expanded portfolio of billing systems and customer care applications for Cincinnati Bell. While continuing to provide application development and maintenance services for the carrier's wireline and wireless billing systems, Convergys will now support the company’s long distance, IP services and carrier access billing systems.

Cincinnati Bell also will license a wireless billing solution that Convergys has hosted and managed for Cincinnati Bell over the past nine years. Convergys will continue to support the solution for Cincinnati Bell with application development and maintenance services.
