Data-analytics provider NeuString of Dubai has a new multiyear deal for its roaming wholesale and retail analytics software with Channel Islands telco JT.
The contract covers all subscribers roaming in Jersey’s network, as well as JT subscribers roaming abroad.
“JT Group [is] very pleased with the NeuString predictive analytics solution," said Cara Murphy, head of roaming at JT Group. "It has enabled us to be more efficient in monitoring and analyzing the roaming business, thereby helping us make better and more profit-optimizing decisions, while contributing to our vision to become the partner of choice for global telecoms innovation."
NeuString not only provides the software, but also business support to their customers. The company says its advanced analytics for software provides operators with the ability to assess, in a fast, accurate and easy manner, the transactions that are taking place in real time on their network.
JT says it chose NeuString due to its status as an independent roaming vendor focused exclusively on advanced analytics for telecoms.
NeuString now supplies more than 50 mobile network operators worldwide and delivers – on average – a 17 percent improvement on existing margins, the company said.
