Subex has landed a million-dollar contract to provide its ROC Fraud Management solution through managed services for IDEA Cellular's postpaid and roaming services. It's a fully outsourced, managed-services deal where Subex will run the operator’s entire fraud-management operations.
Subex says its managed services deliver unmatched strategic and operational advantages to the service provider, including significant financial savings, lowered operational risks and enhanced business agility. The company says its team of Fraud Domain Experts have an understanding of fraud processes in a CSP environment. This provides unique flexibility and immense scalability options to the service provider, Subex said.
Subex claims its offering opens up a complete off-the-shelf approach for the service provider to pick and choose specific fraud-related managed services depending on its strategic objectives, business priorities and focus fraud environments.
