Next-generation customer management systems provider Cerillion Technologies has extended its contract with Essar Telecom Kenya (yuMobile), a unit of Essar Group.
Cerillion is providing yuMobile with CRM Plus, which is specifically designed and streamlined for the management of telecoms services.
Cerillion says its systems have enabled yuMobile to achieve a very low IT OPEX, which has been crucial in helping the carrier to compete in the highly competitive Kenyan mobile market.
“Cerillion systems have played a crucial role in our successful first three years of business and continuously demonstrate their adaptability to the dynamic nature of our business whilst always delivering on their commitments," said Madhur Taneja, Essar Telecom's Kenya country manager.
Africa provides a large opportunity for those willing to commit and invest, said Louis Hall, CEO of Cerillion Technologies.
“yuMobile has made a significant impact in the Kenyan mobile market and we are very pleased to be strengthening our partnership and assisting with their expansion," Hall said.
