HP has announced upgrades for solutions designed to help communications service providers improve customer experience management.
HP unveiled new CEM capabilities for solutions within the HP OSS Transformation portfolio. The HP Customer Experience Assurance Solution provides continuous, real-time analysis of large volumes of structured and unstructured data to assist CSPs. HP said that such analysis can help service providers meet customers' expectations and optimize network investment and capacity planning by producing information on how customers are using the network and resources.
The HP Unified Correlation Analyzer improves the customer experience with automated tools that accelerate problem identification and resolution, according to the company. HP Service Activator includes capabilities to streamline the customer order-to-service delivery process and accelerate time-to-review.
HP also announced CEM-related enhancements for solutions in the HP Actionable Customer Intelligence portfolio. HP Subscriber, Network and Policy allows CSPs to offer personalized offerings while the HP Ad Experience Personalization helps service providers deliver targeted, customized campaigns to mobile subscribers, HP said.
Further, HP disclosed that the HP Targeted Innovation portfolio is enhanced with new capabilities: HP Revenue Central Fraud Frisk Management, which protects service provider customers from such fraudulent activities as SMS spamming, callback fraud, identity theft and PBX hacking; and HP Revenue Leakage Control solutions, which provide more accurate billing.
