Brazil's Supportcomm has turned to Momac to reinforce its expansion in Latin America.

Supportcomm is integrating Momac's mobile platform into its technology offering in order to enhance on-device customer engagement for TIM, Oi, Claro and Vivo, as well as Supportcomm’s managed data and mobile phone download services for some of the region’s biggest players.

The partnership is expected to help Supportcomm drive business and stay ahead of ballooning mobile demands in South American markets like Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and Chile.

“Momac’s innovative technology will permit Supportcomm to enhance its services to include interactive and engaging mobile portals and applications for operators," said Cesar Roberto Frantz. “Based on Momac’s success with operators around the world, we are confident that together the two companies will be best positioned to address the strain CSPs are feeling."

Momac enables operators and CSPs to run highly personalized and engaging mobile interfaces. The company says its mvolve mobile platform transforms operator portals and applications into consumer-centric mobile interfaces that produce a superior customer experience.

“We are thrilled to collaborate with Supportcomm in Latin America, a region that is expanding and maturing rapidly," said Momac CEO Sham Careem.
