Overland, Kan.-based BillSoft, a taxation solutions provider, ended its fiscal year (April 1, 2011-March 31, 2012) on a good note. The company reports 16 percent growth over the previous year.
“Since we opened our doors in 1997, we have grown year after year," said Tim Lopatofsky, CEO of BillSoft. “This past year we grew our business while making the necessary investments for the future of the organization. Our compliance business maintains an accelerated growth rate and we continue to develop new products that provide solutions to the challenges our customers face."
BillSoft also increased staffing throughout the organization. In 2011, the company grew by more than 40 percent with new positions in many areas of the business. That growth, the company says, remains strong, with open positions in sales, software engineering, quality assurance and tax research.
The company says it is working to strengthen its position in the indirect taxation markets.
“We continually look for highly skilled, knowledgeable and experienced individuals to add to our growing team," Lopatofsky said.
