Starz Entertainment has chosen IneoQuest's solution for video quality assurance.
IneoQuest said Starz installed its iVMS 5 video management system for a view of the health status of its video services. iVMS 5 is a scalable, end-to-end system that pinpoints and aids in troubleshooting issues in video networks.
Starz's installation includes IneoQuest’s Cricket ASI and IQMediaMonitor probes, as well as video quality and service assurance tools to monitor, analyze and troubleshoot incoming video content via ASI and IP.
Using Cricket ASI and IQMediaMonitor IP probes with iVMS 5 allows Starz Entertainment to utilize a real-time video quality monitoring and analysis solution from the initial transmission points at its corporate headquarters to its affiliates, the company said.
