The Aricent Group has appointed IBM veteran Frank Kern as its new CEO.
Kern retired from IBM this year after a career that included positions in countries around the world. Most recently, he took on the position of senior vice president of global business services, which required him to manage global operations for the $19 billion consulting division.
Aricent Group's former CEO, Sudip Nandy, will take over as Aricent Group’s chairman of India and will be based in Bangalore.
