Cerillion Technologies says it has completed implementation of its convergent CRM and billing solution for Columbus Communications, the largest cable operator in the Caribbean.
Cerillion says its solution provides streamlined operations and a faster time-to-market for new services. In addition, Cerillion has deployed its Interconnect Manager system to manage all interconnect billing and settlements across Columbus Communications’ fiber network throughout the Caribbean and Latin America.
The cable solution is built upon a user-configurable workflow management engine, which is embedded into all the key Cerillion modules. This manages the sequencing of events and required actions in order to fulfill key cable business processes, the company said.
