Simfonics has expanded its customer base and machine-to-machine share using LogNet Systems' billing platform.
The new solution supports a range of M2M applications, which include metering, remote maintenance and control, tracking, inventory, point-of-sale and payment.
LogNet Systems provided the new customer management and billing function in Simfonic's platform, and this function supports the automation of service delivery processes, handling of high transaction volumes and reconciliation of complex partnership relationships associated with M2M communications.
This managed service delivery platform is used by new customers like E-Plus and GTCom in Germany and Macheen in the United States.
