Toronto-based billing and charging software provider Redknee is providing its converged billing solution – powered by Microsoft Dynamics CRM – to Cellular One Arizona as part of the carrier's future 3G and LTE growth and profitability strategy.

Redknee says its converged real-time billing, rating and charging solution is enabling Cellular One Arizona to launch prepaid data services as well as provide an enhanced customer experience by offering its customers with real-time visibility to their usage and balance, real-time notifications and personalized promotions. Cellular One Arizona also has access to hundreds of promotions and pricing plans that are provided with Redknee's out-of-the-box solution; the ability to launch family and group plans quickly; and to support hybrid billing and third-party content and loyalty campaigns.
Cellular One Arizona is part of the Cellular One national coalition of communication service providers that operates across 25 states and Bermuda.
