Digicel Haiti will purchase Astellia's 3G network assurance solution to improve quality of service and customer loyalty in Haiti.
With 4 millions Haitian subscribers, Digicel Haiti is the biggest mobile operator in the region, according to the company.
Astellia's solution gives Digicel Haiti end-to-end visibility into its 2G and 3G mobile network performance, from RAN to Core network. The solution pinpoints subscribers experiencing poor service quality and identifies network instability causes. As a result, customers will experience fewer dropped calls and improved Web browsing, while customer loyalty will also improve and subscriber base will increase, Astellia said.
