Software provider and system integrator Comarch has extended its Cloud Service Management (CSM) platform with the new Cloud Marketplace Management module, as well as a set of predefined business applications and vertical services from Comarch's cloud portfolio.
Comarch CSM is an end-to-end cloud service platform for telecom operators to offer business customers. It's aimed toward managers and marketers working in the cloud and enterprise business units of telecom companies. Comarch says CSM provides complete value chain management in the cloud business model.
The solution comes with an open marketplace, a central product catalog, fully automated service provisioning, device management, as well as billing and service quality monitoring. A single sign-on feature helps improve the user experience and a unified multiple-user interface provides seamless access to applications and services at any time, from any device and in any location but always under the operator's own brand, Poland-based Comarch said. The highest security levels allow public, private or hybrid cloud approaches. The platform's modern and modular architecture means that it can be integrated with an operator's existing IT environment (billing, CRM, customer portal, etc.), and its open interface aims to simplify enabling new services and applications.
Cloud Service Management comes with a set of predefined cloud services including cloud computing (IaaS/PaaS), cloud backup, ERP cloud, financial cloud, data-exchange cloud, unified communications, collaboration and specialized vertical solutions for industries such as telemedicine, health care, automotive and e-commerce.
