Comverse has a new vice president of systems integration and delivery, value-added services, effective Feb. 10. It's Alli Avishai.
In this newly created position, Avishai will lead the delivery, professional services and consultancy activities for the company's Value-Added Services (VAS) solutions portfolio. She will also serve as the general manager of Comverse's Tel Aviv office, where she will be based.
"Alli is an accomplished manager in the global software field, with more than a decade of telecommunications industry-specific experience, and a strong track record of managing complex system deliveries profitably and with a high degree of customer satisfaction," said Gani Nayak, SVP, systems & solutions at Comverse.

According to her LinkedIn page, Avishai most recently was chief operating officer of Focal Info, a Web-data analysis company, before it was purchased by Verint. She spent nearly 12 years at Amdocs in a number of positions.
