Monroe, Conn.-based Telenity has unveiled two new solutions for the machine-to-machine market, marking its debut in this segment.
The first is Canvas m2mConnect, M2M Connectivity and Device Management Platform. It's designed to ease business operations within the M2M ecosystem and comprises what the company calls high-value features for efficient and reliable handling of connectivity management, M2M partner account management, settlement and revenue management, and SIM management with flexible billing and charging policies.
The second is Canvas m2mEnable, M2M Service Enablement Platform. It's an M2M service delivery platform allowing network operators to manage their M2M services community in a centralized manner and equip corporate partners with self-management and application development capabilities. The platform allows partners to cooperate with each other to create and market enriched and innovative customer offerings.
“M2M connectivity market is expected to grow each year by more than 25 percent and revenues addressable by mobile network operators are expected to reach $373 billion," said Ilhan Bagoren, CEO at Telenity. “ ... the new M2M solutions will help operators address this market potential and further monetize their network assets with an attractive set of capabilities in device connectivity management, partner management, policy control, service creation, along with flexible billing and charging policies, and reduced time to market."
