Dacom Corp., a Korean telco, selected Lucent Technologies-Kenan Systems Inc.’s Arbor/BP billing software to meet its integrated billing and customer management needs over its wireline, broadband and Internet communications services. Arbor/BP is designed to unify billing and customer care across wireline, mobile, Internet and broadband with the flexibility to support cross-product discounting together with local access and wireless satellite.
