Vista Broadband Networks has appointed Dan O’Leary as vice president of OSS and Tom Kortizija as vice president of operations. O’Leary has 22 years’ experience in the communications industry and has worked for Advanced TelCom Group, Lucent and Sprint. Kortizija previously was National Director of Field Operations at NorthPoint Communications.
