Orga Billing Sits at Core of Youth Market Service in Kazakhstan

Orga Systems will help Kazakhstan’s largest GSM mobile operator, Kcell, innovate in its youth-orientated mobile service initiative dubbed VClub.

VClub is Kazakhstan’s first mobile entertainment community built around music, film, technology and mobile entertainment and is free for all subscribers to Kcell’s ActiV prepaid mobile brand. Members of the VClub will benefit from free and discounted mobile entertainment services, as well as exclusive campaigns, contests and lotteries offered by Kcell’s promotional partners.

To enable such services, Kcell needs fast and standardized integration among all IP network elements, application servers and business support systems. Orga will employ real-time data charging through DIAMETER-based charging and mediation. Orga will manage messaging (SMS/MMS) and IP (GPRS/EDGE) data sessions for instant authorization and credit control — both of which will protect against revenue leakage.
