Oracle Unveils Integration Packs

Oracle has announced the availability of three communications industry process integration packs.

They are pre-built, sustainable integrations across Oracle Siebel Customer Relationship Management, Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management and Oracle Financials applications.

The three platforms – Order-to-Bill Integration Pack for Communications, Agent-Assisted Billing Care Integration Pack for Communications and Revenue Accounting Integration Pack for Communications – are designed to help service providers streamline the order-to-bill process, improve call center productivity, enhance financial data accuracy and help ensure regulatory compliance.

The packs are based on Oracle Application Integration Architecture for Communications. Based upon Oracle Fusion middleware, Oracle Application Integration Architecture for Communications can help customers bring service offerings to market and provide enhanced customer service through a single set of Siebel CRM user views, the company said.
