TierOne Completes Allstream Network Reconciliation

TierOne OSS Technologies Inc. has announced the completion of a network reconciliation program at MTS Allstream.

TierOne used Lavastorm Technologies’ business and revenue assurance software product, BRAIN with the project. This approach reduced the time, cost and risk implications of coding a bespoke solution while ensuring the successful delivery of phase one results within a matter of weeks, TierOne said.

The first phase of the network reconciliation project involved proving that the adaptive application of Lavastorm's software would produce the information required to reconcile network elements with backend database information.

Phase two involved applying that platform more widely across the network, taking advantage of a new 12-member internal team that acted on the results of the network reconciliation project.
